Fitness First Wynnum
Another fast turnaround project from Base Build to specific Fitness First fitout requirements. This projects included specialist lighting systems, C-BUS lighting control systems, Krone Cat 6 communications system, automatic door system for Gantner lockers, control wiring for ventilation systems, and upgraded the switchboards for the huge power requirements.

Commercial Refurbishment & Fitout
Caboolture Sports Club
This architecturally designed Hospitality Refurbishment and Addition included switchboard installations, new kitchen and equipment upgrade, new bistro, wine bar area. Specialist neon and LED feature lighting, controlled by seven newly installed Dynalite control panels, upgraded power and data for poker machines and car park lighting. The Major challenge of the lengthy project included managing the four stages of works whilst maintaining the operational capabilities of this live site. As a testament to Pulse Electrical’s commitment to professional, reliable and fast service we now perform all the Club’s maintenance requirements.

Greenbank RSL
Another architecturally designed Major upgrade of core electrical services and addition of new bar and lounge areas. The major challenge of this project was the installation and changeover of a new Dual 2500 amp Main switchboard with Integral Auto Transfer switch and Bus Tie System, whilst maintaining the continuous service of the Club. Also included installation of specialist lighting control systems, Evacuation emergency lighting, generator submains relocation and progressive staging of works whilst new gaming machine area was being commissioned.

Pioneer Gardens New Dementia Building and Aged Care Facility
These photos do not do justice to this major project involving the refurbishment of the left side of the hall and the right being new construction. This project involved the installation of power and data, nurse call systems and emergency evacuation systems. The Facility was kept live throughout the duration of the project requiring strict operating and safety procedures to ensure the safety and comfort of patients.
